New Console Ideas!

Here is a few consoles that I think should be in the game.

Gameling Colour##

An enhanced version of the original Gameling, has an 8-bit processor and better graphics. Available on Y12 M11 W3.

Gameling Advance/Gameling Advance SP

An even more enhanced version of the Gameling, features an LCD screen with a 32-bit processsor. Available Y15 M6 W3

Vena CD

An addon to the Vena Oasis, fetures the first ever CD games for consoles. Available Y7 M10 W3

That’s all the consoles I’ve got for now. I’ll be adding more later.

Ninvento Play & Clock

Features a monochrome LCD screen that has basic graphics and sounds. Has one game built in and also has a Clock.
Available from the start of the game until the release of the TES.

Inmo

A treadmill-like peripheral that allows for movement to be translated in-game. Available sometime after the release of the Oculus Rift (Can’t remember the name of it.)

That’s all the consoles I have for now. I’ll be adding more in the future.

Gameling Color would be an easy one, they’d just have to change the picture like they do with the PC. Perhaps also add a story event that boosts market share. Given that all Gameboy games run on the Gameboy Color, and most Gameboy Color Games run on the Gameboy (a few would display a message stating that the cartridge is for GBC use only, but most would run in monochrome), the GBC is basically an identical system with an upgraded processor and a color screen. So the Gameling is perfect for a PC-style graphical update.

It would be cool to see the Gameling Advance and Vena CD make an appearance, but I’m not holding my breath. Those would require extra coding. Not just for the consoles themselves, but to make them fit into the current environment. The Gameline update is presumably easier and just requires new art, but I really don’t know to be honest.
