Please consider adding more save slots to the game.
With everyone in the household wanting to play the game, 3 slots just isn’t enough.
Is there any way to work around this ? Some file to move/duplicate ?

Yes this is a well discussed topic and I think everyone agrees that you need more save slots.
Come on. It’s old school Zelda save states!
Yeah, but my rig is no Nintendo. 
Got 4TB of storage space - might as well put it to some use.
Whenever i want to save some “special” playthroughs, i just make a copy of the save file and start with a clean slate.
Of course more save slots are more then welcome.
Please tell me what file this is, and where to find it.
I wanted to do the exact same thing, but I couldn’t find anything that without doubt looked like a savegame.
I only know for the Win 7/xp version.
in the windows search/execute bar you can type '%appdata%'
Press enter and a screen pops up, possible you end up in the “Roaming” screen.
Go one step back to Appdata and open ‘Local’.
The GDT folder should be there and in that folder you find ‘Local Storage’.
Those are your saves.

It works on the newer Windows (xcept Vista, i think)
To do this on XP/8 you need to press the Windows Button + R and type in %appdata%
Did anything work on Vista?
