So, I noticed that triple a games require all staff to be specialized in some category. Also, I recently learned that a good staff specialized group should follow a specific genre. With that being said, I don’t know what is the best specializations needed for each genre.
Currently, none of my employees are specialized except for a Design and a Technology Specialist. I want to go into Action, so what are the best specializations for action?
