I wanted to find out the step to move forward without cheating and moving into a bigger office.

Your link leads to Game Dev STORY while this game is Game Dev Tycoon. They may be identical in some ways but I am pretty sure the algorithms are different which means the combinations may not work as intended. Well, most of the combinations are really common sense so you can guess them by yourself pretty easy 
Actually ive found that the combinations in the story work very well with the games algorithms, producing sales in excess of 5+ million.
