i came up with a format for mod requests/ideas and i would like to share it
TITLE- [Mod Idea/Request] [Insert Idea/Request Here]
Background- information why you want this mod and why it is nesicary, try to anwser these questions

  1. why do i want this mod.
  2. what use does it have
  3. if any existing mods cover this why should a new one be made
    Features- List what you think should be in this mod. try listing enough so if one feature cannot be done it wont destroy the mod.
    Other- anything else
