Menu speed up removed?

When there was a convention, or at the end of creating a game, you could click the corresponding menu and it would speed up the convention, or quickly move through the point totaling of the game menu.

now this appears to be removed with the workshop update?

i got it to work when i turned tutorials off in the menu
