Massive Steam Key Problem

I’ll try and keep this short and not too complicated.
After working hard at my dad’s allotment, I as finally able to buy the magical game Game Dev Tycoon. I played it for a long while, then suddenly stopped.

Then, my mother got an email (I used hers) concerning the Steam Key and the link to get it, and, thinking it was spam, she deleted it. My laptop has recently crashed and all my stuff has disappeared - including Game Dev Tycoon. I have no history to prove my payment order and no email to get it on Steam. What on Earth can I do about this?

You can start by sending an Email to Orders@fastspring.com.

Provide them with any relevant information you do know, like the email you used when ordering the game.

No need to tell them about laptop crashing, mothers deleting emails and stuff like that :slight_smile:
