I am looking for a management game that is kind of like GDT, but more like you have buildings and such as if it is the sims, or some mall tycoon type. Nothing to complicated(gamebiz3), but nothing to silly that it will just be dumb and easy as hell, thanks in advance

Mall tycoon is an old school ‘tycoon’ game, it was during the time when devs made ‘tycoon’ games for just about everything. And of course I have already played SC4
