We already have full freedom with adjusting the game like we want it, so what would the big change??
that the mods would be compitable with future versions of gdt ??
and, the change would be that we can sell our mods to people you mean ?

the changes are :
-We can be paid for our mod, and if we made āāa big change, we would be paid a minimum
-We can create games using GDT like engine and itās cool, given the number of ideas of games GDT-style you see on this forum

The question presupposes a rather controversial general ethical premise: that if people do not force you to treat them fairly, you are entitled to take advantage of them as much as you like. In other words, it assumes that might makes right.

@PatrickKlug and @DanielKlug has nothing to lose. It would increase the popularity of Game Dev Tycoon, modders will have their share of cake ā¦ Also, the option for donating isnāt allowed becaus itās the same thing
YES BUT, not every people have the money for mods, so the would lose players and future players because they can t use mods 
I think most modders will make the purchase in option. And anyway, you can also have free versions of mods as you can get free versions of Game Dev Tycoon. But for this you need a copyleft (it is a form of copyright that says any derivative must be free too)

There is NO free version of Game Dev Tycoon except for the illegal pirates! You make me think like youāre just supporting the pirates, and you probably are.
i donāt think it would happen if you had to pay for a mod that mod would get barely any downloads and then the developer would have just wasted their time
