I got this game a while back,when it first came out and i have noticed sijin is playing a updated version is there anyway i can get it?
You can get an updated version of the game.
If you bought the game in the Greenheart store, you can use the same link you used to install the game the first time, which is located in the Order email you received upon buying the game.
I am not sure how it works when you bought the game in the Windows 8 app store, but i am sure they will provide updates as well.
Also recently you should have received a Steam key through the same Email you used when you bought the game.
If you cannot remember or lost acces to that Email account, you can contact orders@fastspring.com.

If you purchased from http://sites.fastspring.com/greenheartgames/product/gamedevtycoon then send an email to orders@fastspring.com with the email address you used to purchase the game, If you used paypal this is the email address asociated with your paypal account. Your last name and last 5 digits of the card used to purchase if you used a credit card.
If you purchased from the window store then update your games via your user area.
Both of you guys are helpful but,1 i deleted the email ,2 i dount have acess to that card anymore. So im screwed 
Inform orders@fastspring.com already! try to give them as much of information you can. Like maybe your order id or something.
Contact orders@fastspring.com and let them know your situation, they will ask you for as much information as possible to try and track your order.
