I think it was a Bad Idea that they revealed the changelog for 1.4.0 last week because everybody got too excited, so why couldn’t they wait until August 29, 2013 to reveal the changelog instead.
The main reason for releasing a small list of upcoming new features was to build hype and to calm the masses who are demanding those feature be added. This is in line with the recommended practices for marketing a game.
The full changelog will likely be released once 1.4 is made available, as the final list of changes is fluid until then.
Is that not the complete list? Like the changelog list?

Sorry to disappoint but this was the full change log. We’ve made a few balance changes in addition but the change log was pretty much complete.
Well… I’m not disappointed. I love you can make your game title longer, more consoles, longer storyline… I CAN"T WAIT UNTIL THURSDAY! UGH!
