Last time I modded was like a year ago. And I just used code. But I think there is like something called UML out there. And @Stian is making one called BeamModMaker.

EDIT:
You should just use code to make a mod. It is very simple JavaScript code to create a topic and genre and such. If you don’t even know what JavaScript is, if you saw the code for adding a topic, I’m sure you could still sort of tell what was going on.

Its called UMM, short for Ultimate Mod Maker but its no longer being worked on.
