Like the other people here said, the game is finished. The modding community is really the only thing you can really call dead.
Maybe when @Stian finishes his Mod Editor/Maker, then we may see the modding community alive once more.

Well, the modding community is dead, then, as all the good mods have gone nowhere at this point (no confirmation, have not visited workshop in a while).
nope.
If we all agree that the modding community is dead, then whatever! When their new game comes out the “golden age” will be back.

I meant the Modding Community. Sorry for misconception 
i would love to update my mod and/or make a new mod, however I just feel like there is no interest from the community for this, nor have I really found an idea I could actually bring to life with my somewhat limited knowledge of JavaScript and CSS.
