Is it possible to play long term as a small independent developer (kind of like Greenheart) where you can limit your releases to just a couple of topics and/or genres? Having to continually grow and get more and more points to have a viable release to stay in business just gets monotonous after a while.
Well, there isn’t currently something special in Game Dev Tycoon for that, and I don’t think there should be, seeing as the purpose is to make money and move to bigger offices and unlock more such as console research, and your idea would take that away the way I see it.
I do believe there’s a mod that forces you to stay in the garage, not sure what mod it is though, pretty sure it’s not a small one though.
