Hi, I just came accross this while translating into French. It’s minor, but I think what’s said in the dialogue box is inaccurate.
String 831 says (in bold the part I find inaccurate) :
Boosts are a powerful tool that allow you to temporarily increase the
output of your staff.↵ They are most effective when timed
strategically during the development of a game or during
training.{n}Boosts need to recharge before you can use them. You can
activate a boost as soon as the recharge progress is complete but you
can also wait a little longer to further increase the effectiveness of
the boost.
Technically, you can fire the boost before the recharge process is complete, but you can wait it to complete to further increase the effectiveness of the boost.
That’s exactly what I’m pointing at : the recharge process is complete when all the rings are complete. You can fire the boost before, but you haven’t fully recharged yet.
When the first ring completes the recharge process is complete. The other rings or levels are for bonus effectiveness.
I see what you mean but I think the description is good enough. There’s always a balance between getting a tutorial message so that it describes the feature fully and to keep it easy to read. We don’t want legalese, I think you’d find that any additional ‘definitions’ will make it less approachable but I’m happy to listen to any alternative suggestions.
