I want to create the Hardware Lab, which means i need a tech specialist
But one of my guy is already >700 Tech point but when I click train the Train to be Tech Specialist isnt there, what did i do wrong?

This error is a common occurrence if you have used the Save Game Editor, and the only supported fix in that case is to start a new game and play without cheating. If you have not used the editor, then please submit your save game to support@greenheartgames.com with a full description of the problem and the steps leading up to it.
The location of save games can be easily found by using the search button in the top right corner of the forum.
