I keep getting an error when starting a new game

so i booted up the game yesterday after installing it for the first time on my pc that had just been wiped and i get an error that reads "TypeError: Cannot read property ‘id’ of null. here is the error any help is helpful

You either have GDT Mod API or Ultimate LIB enabled when you have no mods activated.

Or one of the scripts is broken, replaced, edited, or deleted.

Well if you dont have any mods activated their wouldnt be any scripts changed!
