I don't want to hold out on my fans

This is my sixth playthrough where I’ve gotten all my employees 900 in everything and I can no longer make good, new games (because of that). Last time I made this topic (4 months ago) I was told that I went super crazy with training my employees. But I want to strive to be the best, not train a couple of my employees once or twice every couple of games. I don’t like the idea that I need to make mediocre games so I can make a better game/sequel, I want to make the best game I can and then as my employees improve, my games improve.

What are your thoughts on this?

I agree lol. I got a save where I have a designer at 1000 and a tech at 1000 and still can’t produce 10/10 games.

Maybe for more fun, challenge yourself like not being able to use certain topics, combos or genres…

I Did Perfect 10, 3 times (No 11 thought…) but I don’t have workers with 1000 des and 1000 Tech.
I Just hire best workers, and I don’t train them often.
