I Can't update!

When I launched GDT this morning, it prompted me to update. I went to the link, and It said re-use the download link from the ORIGINAL email. Um. Problem. I checked the emails I might of used, (Trash, Spam, and Inbox) and I couldn’t find the email in either of them. This leads me to assume that I deleted the email.

Below where it said to reuse the link, It said if you cannot find your email contact orders@fastspring.com.
I contacted them. when I looked at the Twitter replys at the right side, I saw a tweet that said just email ^ your order details. What? Was I sopposed to write down a code or something?

Anyways, Is there a way to get this game updated, or do I have to spend $8 on a game I already have?

If you sent FastSpring an email, then they are unlikely to contact you via Twitter.

What they want from you is enough information for them to identify your order number. This would likely be the PayPal email you used to buy the game, or the last 4 digits (and associated name) of your credit card if you didn’t use PayPal. If you did not include those in your original email to them, then they should reply and ask for those details.
