What do you mean you can’t?
Make sure to:
Restart your computer
Make sure your computer loaded before opening the game
Go to the download email, and make sure you click the correct download for each system.
Downloads are sometimes deleted and blocked by Anti Virus and browser programs with optional security add ons such as Norton, Chrome etc.
The solution is to deactivate the anti-virus temporarily and/or use a different browser.
