I bought the game yesterday around 5:30 pm eastern time and I have yet to recieve an email like website told me I would. I have checked my spam and inbox folders repeatedly to no avail. I emailed Greenheart Games yesterday around 6:00 pm eastern and haven’t heard back. Is there anything I can do?
when i ordered my copy, i got the emails 2 seconds after i finished the order. I ordered mine on a weekday though.
if you buy via bank transfer it will take a few days for the transfer to go through. if not, you can contact orders@fastspring.com and they should be able to help you.
