In first gameplay I unlock Shooting genre by accident but after I try my second playthrough and never found this genre again(in fact I go bankrupt after 20 years 
) anyway I need to know how to unlock it.

The various researchable topics are offered in a random order, so some topics may not be seen for several play-throughs.
just wanted to add that there is no Shooter topic either. As @GDI121 has mentioned what you’re looking for is the Action genre.
