How to open a Research Lab and how to develop MMO?

I finished the game (I’m on year 32), I have 250.4 Million in cash, 6 employees + CEO.

  1. Is there some special training or something I need to do to open up a research lab?

  2. How do I develop an MMO game? I already researched Online Play and Multiplayer, and I’ve researched all topics but I can’t find MMO… What should I do?

Although despite what the WIKI says, you should get something telling you about the designer specialist before you actually train one. I think its as soon as you get an employee of the requisite level that /can/ be a designer (level 7?)

It says I basically need a designer specialist. That shouldn’t be hard. Can someone close this topic now?
