How to do AAA game?

I have got large games with 9.75. Please help me!

You need to unlock AAA using the Research and Development labs, good luck with it, by the way.

(PS Note- You must have 3D Graphics V (5 in roman numerals) in level 4.

Firstly you need to have an R&D lab. I believe the AAA research option is available from the start (?). You need to reserach it through that, as @awesomejuan36912’ve said.

But I can’t find AAA games in the list of R&D Labs. I have got version 1.4.5
