I train my employees after every game and they seem to level up fine. Does anybody go longer or shorter between trainings and how much success do you have? I notice when I do two training sessions in a row the training efficiency drops.
I usually make an MMO then start training 2 or 3 times per employee , Then start making another game.
Right after they finish a game I send them on vacation. When they come back i train them and we make another game
I usually make a game, do some contract work, upgrade/etc. then make another :L
A round of research training before their first game (after their efficiency recovers of course).
In-between each normal game, a round of dev/tech training, depending on their normal role.
In-between games where I am transitioning to a new engine, I do a round of speed training for everyone.
i do “train” my employees just after hiring, ie: open up the sqlite browser, set all relevant stats to just a pinch below 2.0 and demote them to “intern”…stage 1 office is costing me a fortune already
