The game achievements and steam achievements are different.

The Steam achievements are the same as the in-game achievements, but some are hidden until you unlock them.
I think they are a tad bit different.
In what way? Can you provide an example?
When you unlock an in-game achievement, then the matching Steam achievement is also unlocked, although only if you are playing the Steam edition, of course.

The only honest way to get that achievement Scoke is to have a lot of fans. Meaning playing the game beyond finish. Once you accumulate a HIGH amount of fans, a 9.75 game will easily get you this achievement.
This isn’t a legit game save but this is just for show. I modified it to a crazy amount of fans. Once you get a high amount the 100m won’t be a problem. It just takes a long time.
