I used to run Fences:
which allows you to double-click on your desktop to show/hide all icons

Just do some stuff in some folders and click right, and sort the rest of your stuff at the right side of you screen.
I just pop in Sort by name. Right click and then there you go. Fully organized desktop. Why do you need to do that though? For me the ONLY thing I organize is my Games folder(which is like 200-360 gbs).

I tried fences! I didn’t like it too much. Ended up uninstalling it.
I use rainmeter.

To let you know, that is actually win7. MBR broke so i installed win7 into a second HDD. Currently installing WinRedstone.
