How do i restore my hints

so i lost my old hints and i had just about all of them unlocked. how would i go about getting them all back? the old saves are all gone too, unfortunately.

I belive you can’t, but you can use


it has an option to unlock all hints.

is that permanent and will that affect my gameplay assuming i dont use anything but the bit that unlocks the hints?

I think that it only works on the save you used it on, and no, you will only unlock hints, no other effect.
