How can I run old games on Windows 10?

I’m trying to install and play old games like GTA Vice City (among others) on Windows 10 x64 without using a virtual machine.

Is that possible, if so, how?

P.S. Changing Compatibility mode to XP or stuff like that doesn’t do anything so any other suggestions are welcomed!

I don’t have a problem in getting or installing them as I do in actually running them. That’s what I’m asking.

Change compatibility mode to Win XP (SP3), then run them as administrator. If that doesn’t work… you can just contact me here on the website.
