Hello. I’m Jaxin. Some few years ago, I Bought GDT for my Pc, and it was the first tycoon game I have genuinely enjoyed in some time. I then heard about people finally receiving steam keys. I was excited, before I realized, the email I used to get the game was no longer in use, and I haven’t got the password anymore. As a result, I am unable to download game dev tycoon on steam or update the game. What do I do in this situation?
Register a new email. Your connected IP possibly would still allow you to play
@Jaxin06 Please contact support@fastspring.com (our payment providers) - They should be able to update the email address for you, provided that you can give them enough information about the order so that they can verify your id.
