Help Menu/Options - Where are they?

Hey,

I don’t know if I’m being unbelievably dense but where the Help/Options menu in this game? Other than Alt-Tab’ing out of the game to quit it I don’t see any other way to get out of the game or change any settings.

I’m Playing full game on Windows 7.

Press ESC to show the menu. Hope this helps.

Hitting ESC does nothing for me. Bug? Somehow it’s not bound?

I don’t know but it’s kind of a big problem. Enjoying the game otherwise.
