I forgot what email I used to buy the game…I have a couple old ones which i don’t use anymore (For long times, Forgot the passwords and am locked out of one (Forgot security question facepalm ) and the new one…I’m not sure which one i used to buy the game, Can i send them a email giving them the order details if i don’t get my steam key? (I bought the game on may 20th)
You can always send orders@fastspring.com (I believe) with the most order information you have. Ask back your e-mail where you bought the game on then and you would probably get the e-mail where your steam key is in.
If you can’t remember which email address you used, then you should list all the possible addresses when you email FastSpring. Also, include your PayPal or Credit/Debit card details, and they might be able to find the order without your email address. You can then ask them to send you a link to a new email.
You might want to CC support@greenheartgames.com, to make sure they get the updated info.
PS: @LineLiar, I’ve corrected the email address in your post, you had the FS and GHG addresses mixed up together.
