[HELP!] Android Studios on making a App

Hey im trying to make a app in Android Studios that generally lets you choose from different times for example 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours and then hit a button that starts a countdown.

Can anyone help me with this because I have tried using list boxes but I can’t manage to edit them.

Please if there is a video on how to do this sort of thing give me the link.

I’m not quite sure, I’ve never played with the studio…Only messed with the sdk. But I assume they are about the same?
