Just got the game yesterday. I saw a review on YouTube by The Solar Gamer (great Civ player, if you are interested in Lets Plays). anyway, right after his video was done I jumped out of my seat (I watch YouTube on my PS3 in my living room) and went to Steam to buy this game. Best $10 I ever spent (on a game anyway)!
I was addicted from the start. I didn’t go to bed until 3am (on a sunday too before work the next morning). this game is one of the best Tycoon games out there.
I have always wanted to design my own games and now I can (at least in a virtual sense). I had so many great game titles for my games:
Lords of Darkness - Dungeon Strategy game with 9 sequels, one of which was a perfect 10!
Legends of the Sword - Military Strategy game with 7 sequels.
The Search for a Plot - Fantasy RPG with 8 sequels
I had a bunch of others too. I had to write them all down on a piece of paper to keep track of them.
now that I have a better understanding of the mechanics I want to start a new game. wish me luck!
