So, I bought GDT maybe a year and a half ago and this Christmas I got a new computer. I emailed them about it and I was just wondering, does anyone know what the average response time is when you email them.
When did you email them? Christmas is a very over-loaded period :1
Hey @TheNatan01 I usually respond to emails within 24 hours and nearly always 72 hours at the very latest. When did you contact me and have you checked your spam folder?
I just received an email back a few hours ago. Love the community for this game and how much the developers pay attention and listen to their customers! Thanks for the quick responses.
