GTA V is not moddable

According to modders, it is not possible to mod GTA V at this moment as rockstar have done everything they can to prevent modding

Seriously, Rockstar, f**k you for doing this.

Everyone buying the game can take their part of the blame

Are you kidding me.

Then it’s not worth 60 Euro
Never.

@KizzaGaming plz

EDIT (better link):

TL;DR:

The game is NOT locked down. We still have .rpf files that the game is enclosed in, and as soon as someone reverse engineers the game’s executable we’ll have the “key” to open these files and do what we want.

Yep, saw that thread a few hours ago :stuck_out_tongue:

@janch32 That is illegal though, just like the early GDT mods.

Hay, alsho, der ishnt a linebreak betwiin der #(inputwhatever) & der next line.

W-what…?

Ummm… i think 80 euros are nothing because its 200 liras in turkish!!!

so?

What, illegal? How is it illegal?

Haxing into the files maybe…

I think it’s called ‘illegal’ when you hack the files, so as to make what you want. The final step of this is simply stealiing them/syaing that they are yours/sell them without telling the author. If you give credit I think it’s fine. Unless the author has a policy to modding.

How is reverse engineering the game illegal? Hmm.

Yea… i forgot about reverse engineering

In yo’ feys!

Dont listen to that guy, he has a personall vendetta against Rockstar. GTA V is infact moddable and there already has been a simple native trainer and scripthook made for it.
