Not if I bought it online.
I donât understand why youâre arguing against having demos? You had a demo for GDTâŚ
I made a giveaway video giving 2 copies of game dev tycoon. You remember the thread with the gifting problems? Iâm still not sure if the game is sent to the winner though. I contacted fast spring to send the game to the winner and not me. They havenât replied yet.
See the little things make me coming back,s uch as the active fanbase, the great developers and the game itselfâŚsome piraters wonât buy the game because they realize they donât want to play it much anymoreâŚbut me, of course Id buy it when it comes on Steam as I hate buying games anywhere besides Steam or Origin
I prefer more retail and hard copy since itâs a lot cheaper here than on Steam. Games like Bioshock Infinite would only cost $40-$45 here.
Im in Australia and its very expensiveâŚGames in America (Say Call of Duty: MW3) is $60 there while its $120 here, its absurd. Prices are too damn high. I prefer Steam cause usually its much cheaper.
Iâm going to wait for the government to crack down on the prices of technology. And when they finally do and the companies get fined, it will taste very, very sweet.
But until than, I guess Iâll look for the cheapest ways to buy games.
Agreed and usually, Steam has a more variety of games and more cheaper different type of games but retail usually has cheaper AAA games that are always on sale. I hope the Aussie Government stops the prices, as we just got given R18 and we are pretty happy about that so we get the full games.
