Graphics options; which is "better"?

I am wondering which option for graphics is better, 3D Graphics V4 or Advanced Stereoscopic 3D? I have had 3D V4 for a while but I just had the option to research advanced stereoscopic 3D, and I want to know which one is the better option.

You can do those two at one time.

Advanced Stereoscopic can be used with any other graphics at the same time.

Advanced stereoscopic will just at more depth to your 3D graphics

Oh I see! Thanks. I just didnt want to create an engine with a useless graphic option.
