Graphics card not displaying anything

Alright
so I just recently bought a graphics card and replaced it for my old
one. The graphics card I have now is a 7950 3gb gigabyte graphics card.
Anyways I put it in and install the drivers but when I went to play
games like skyrim it would cut out however games like witcher 3 were
fine. Overtime the graphics card stoped displaying a signal fullstop. I
asked a techie and he said that the drivers from my old card are
conflicting with the ones from my new one.

So i looka up how to unistall the drivers from my old card and then when
I tried using my new graphics card - same result, blank screen - I cant
do anything!! So I put it my old one and now that wont display a
picture either so now im stuck with using the onboard vga display!! Im
soo lost right now and just need somebody s proffesional advice or
help!! Please!

Maybe buy a new compatible keyboard? (I don’t know if it works so don’t buy a new one until the others agree or not agree with me ;))

Try asking for help from the video card manufacturer.

First of all, who is the creator?(the creator, not the brand, e.g AMD, Nvidia, etc)

Have you tried using the windows uninstaller(the programs and features one)?

Why didn’t you ask this on some hardware site/manufacturer website?
I would uninstall all display drivers completley and install the newest one for your current card.
