HardSoft, a company known for the “Meow-Meow” Virtual Pet/Simulation game, has been recently closed down. However, this doesn’t mean the end of the said game, as HardSoft’s workers are currently moving to Pixel Studios Florida.
A recent burst of GameToro sales has been due to a major hit game called CardMasters where you swipe a card to activate it in the game it comes with the game, a starter deck and a card swiping machine.

A release date, along with a poster has been released for the PixelCube. Currently, all stations (Pixel Studios & Pixel Studios Florida) have been scrambling around with work on the console. The release date is on February 14th,1978. Here’s the poster.

Today, Pixel Studios Florida announced that the first game which will fully support the multiplayer feature in the PixelCube will be Meow-Meow Reloaded, an improved version of Meow-Meow. Its development will start right after the console’s release and it will backward-support the previous savegames.

PixelCube is ahead of schedule. They are releasing it at midnight tonight. Reviewers have already been able to rate it, and give it an overall score of a 9.75/10. GameNews has already said that it’s possible to order a custom case, but it isn’t confirmed neither by Pixel Studios nor Pixel Studios Florida.

Now that Spelunkies 2 has had its major bug patched, Mythical Games has announced a contest! the contest is a full run of Spelunkies 2, as fast as you can! First examples of gameplay on the MythBox have been released, it is of the ported game Immortal Kombat. The sound and graphics are average for its time, but the framerate is smooth and not too choppy. The Square controllers seem very easy to use and make it easy to play, since the cord is about 6 feet long. the console at first appears to be a colorful box, but on the top is the Mythical Games Logo (Sword across a shield) and there are four controller jacks. there is a pushable door to insert cartridges, and the games are very quick to load. The release date is February 25.
‘The GameToro hasn’t given up yet!’ said Roleplains writer Will Smith and he’s right the GameToro’s CardMaster has released over 700 thousand cards to collect. The GameToro has a unofficial extension which connects to the PixelCube which allows thousands of titles even Einstein can’t count the many titles like Blast Control, Police Fiesta and Marvio Kat a virtual pet simulator which has so many animals.

Finally Roleplains have revealed their newest console GameRanch which you can download thousands of games that have been revealed and has compatibility with GameToro games and when I mean download I mean they are downloaded to the consoles hard drive and access them through the menu. The release date is tommorow.

Uber-popular gaming company Abstergo Entertainment has recently released their latest game, Pixel Quest, to favorable reviews. In an exclusive interview with this news channel, Abstergo has told us about their next game, Kingdom Conquest.
Reporter: So, Mr. Abstergo, what will your next game be?
Abstergo: We plan to be something new, and hardcore, so we decided to make a strategy game.
Reporter: What will it be about?
Abstergo: Basically it will simulate being a king in the medieval era, going to war with other kingdoms.**
Reporter: And the name?
Abstergo I would like to call it 'Kingdom Conquest’.
Reporter: This sounds interesting. Anything else you would like to say?
Abstergo Yes. One, it will be a mature game, considering all the violence that will happen. Two, it will be on PC, a first for Abstergo.
