MUD 1 is off the market, leaving MUD 2 in it’s tracks.

“Although Mythical Games left us during the final moments of the game, it was nice to see them help throughout the development phase.”

MUD 2 is fully online - wether you’d like to play with friends or make friends, it’s all possible. With fully customizable bosses and dungeons, Pixel Studios is waiting to see what kind of things players will come up with.

“It’s great we’re allowed to shape our own things.” Quoted one fan.

MUD 2 is a dungeon crawling game unlike none other - it has player houses, skills, inventories, and full-fledged online. It’s truly brilliant. Along with the online capabilities, MUD 2 has also added a singleplayer campaign, filled with easter eggs and hidden content waiting for you to unlock.

“Your stuff from singleplayer carries over to multiplayer now. Players can train without the internet, now.” Said Kaden MacDonald, a worker for Pixel Studios.

Pictures of the new boss, Skeletus have been seen. he is very well designed, and requires bombs rocks and swords to defeat. the whole system gets a new overhaul, with a powerful new feature to enhance graphic quality. and sound with the easily portable earbuds. two models of the platform are to be released, Portable and Home. The home is a little more pricey, but can hook controllers and can even emulate the graphics onto your tv! The portable is lighter, less high tech but unless you hook it up to a pc or a router, it can only do console connected to console co-op. They release date is not exact, but they plan to release it for the holiday rush.

//Getting too high tech i think. lets debuff this stuff.

Horse-Drawn Games
Irene Stevenson
Tales From Happy Valley

Today, Horse-Drawn Games, the indie game studio headed by beloved childrens’ author Irene Stevenson, released an interactive fiction game. Tales From Happy Valley (abbreviated HVTALE due to filename length limits on contemporary computers) is not simply a game, but a “reader” designed to play standalone “adventures”. Each adventure is, on its own, a short interactive fiction game. Tales From Happy Valley supports still images and a text interface, providing users with an illustrated text adventure featuring Stevenson’s writing and digitized versions of her hand-painted illustrations.

Tales From Happy Valley includes five adventures, each loosely based on a book from Stevenson’s popular Pretty Ponies of Happy Valley series. The plot lines have been altered somewhat to allow for interaction and choice. Two of the five included adventures even feature multiple endings. Stevenson has expressed interest in creating more adventures for Tales From Happy Valley, and releasing them in bundled “adventure packs” in the near future. Third-party adventures are currently not supported.
