GDR v5 or whatever

//thats now? already?

That’s in 1983 dude. Dang.

//thats what i thought. gaming is still strong… or whatever strong was back in 78’

(Yeah but the fall of gaming started in 78 in 81 82 and 83 there basically was no games till the NES so once we reach 80 we might need to skip time to avoid staleness.)

In a slight attempt to bring gamers back in his region, 16(not my real age)-year old West High School student, Ron Jewfers has started a gaming magazine called Atari Power and with mild sales in mid westerner America it seems that his opinion has become well respected.

It started in 1982 with the 5200, dude. It was unneeded, like Spelunkies 3, lel, and it had bad controls and bad games. Plus, porno games were coming out.

The Sub-Company of Mythical Games, “WizardTech” has been shut down due to lack of funding and the fall of profits for Mythical Games.

5200 Sucked @@@, no wonder it nearly killed video games

Oh okay. This begenning part of gaming I’m a little shaky on because the atari and pre-NES area I’m not to intrested in and have only gone from what my dad told me about that part but basically gameboy and on I can do better cause I have more research on that time so I might not shine in the beggining :sunny:

Yeah, my dad and i used to play old commodore games. its what he grew up with. im not too good on game history before the Commodore 64.

Yesterday I was super suprised when I found out that Wizard Tech shut down.
They where my Mythical Games supplier for the region and so I am very upset at that fact that I will not be able to play there games again until WizardTech reopens.
Please God if you even care about me please let there next game be a hit!

The new game Roguelike has been released by Pixel Studios NY for the Atari 400! It seems very interesting, but we will see what the reviewers have to say. It features text-based graphics, (in full color,) and it has no use of sound. It is mostly meant to be a very in-depth Dungeon crawler game. It has lots of customization, though, as you can choose what race you are, like Troll or Human, and you can choose what kind of skills your character has. It also uses an armor system, which is really advanced, as certain armor can boost specific skills, or give you special powers. It is quite something, as said by Jack White, CEO and game director of Pixel Studios NY. Let’s see the reviews!

Dear Ron Jewfers,

I Am sorry we had to shut down our WizardTech Wing, but we havent been making enough money to fund it. We will still release games to your area, but in less quantity. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
From Jordan Richardson

sheeyit lol i’ll fix that

fixed to may 1

Also, the reason I know all this crap is because I was born in 1977, and my parents told me all about the industry before we had my awesome Atari 7800, NES, and Commodore Amiga.

I have just finished Rougelike literally minutes ago and now am here to give my unbiased opinion!
Rougelike is so puzzling that it seem it buts together your thinking process.
I was drawn into this game like a moth into a flame.
As I child I always loved puzzles and riddles and having to keep track of places so this game is literally a brain child between my childhood and Pixel Studios.
9.25
(Remeber I only really affect sales in mid west America so my opinon can be wrong and biased to my characters background even if he says he is biased so if you disagree about a game you can affect your area but remember no rating your own games(unless you are like nintendo and make a official company gaming magazine) kay good)

Nintendo Power’s ratings never really counted.

Dear Iowa,
I would just like to say that Mythical Game sis a great company as they have given me the information that they will release low quantities of their games in my area so I will still be reviewing these rare games.

Wow, this game is great! i love the in-depth mechanics and customization! the text-based gameplay may be a bit complicated for unskilled players, but if you are a hardcore player, this game is a great dungeon crawler! in our eyes, this game deserves a 9. But the sheer greatness of it all gives it a 9.5 from us.
Mythical Games : 9.5
