Game will not download! Get me a real link, or a refund!

This is abysmal! I purchased this game after seeing a few videos and thinking it was a great, clever idea. I was so eager to play, then I saw the download was only small! I couldn’t wait. But, I had to get ready to wait! I left it running for 18 HOURS!!! Your download links do not work. I have tried other computers, different browsers, even downloaded a download manager to see if that works. It doesn’t!! It loads for a few seconds, stops and then never downloads again. I have to stop/resume it every 15 seconds to get about .2% download complete. It is not my internet as steam and other programs I tested are downloading at 1.5mb/s - 2mb/s. So, what the hell? You did that clever little piracy trick, and it made me admire you. But, did you know you need to offer a better service than the pirates to defeat piracy??? Where is the better service??? If I had got it illegally I would have had it in 10 minutes. But, I go the legit route (as I always do as an adult) and get shafted! I feel cheated. I emailed support, nothing back in over 12 hours. This is just sad. Good way to break the market guys! Anyway, get me a link that works, or give me a refund. This is just bad. I really, really wanted to spend my day off playing this.

Calm down. I understand your frustration, but just take a chill pill and relax.

Anyway, the download should work. Just keep on trying, and it will eventually work.

I am chilled. Of course I need to show frustration when writing my post. The devs need to understand its not ok. I have retried for the last 24 hours! 18 hours was how long I ran one download. But, as mentioned, I have retried over and over and over on many different computers/browsers. It is NOT going to work. So, I want a dedicated link that will work, or my money back. It is a simple and fair request. My countries sales laws cover me to be able to demand a refund when a product/service is not delivered. I am allowing them to make amends and get me my copy, or, refund and I never look at another green heart game again. They are new to the market, they need to learn how to please customers(/deliver the product as promised), and I am not even one of the unreasonable ones.

Which download doesn’t work with you? I’m guessing you’re just some spammer who expects ghg will panic and respond by sending you the link immediately.

You need to relax. It’s probably a technical problem. You’re making it out to be like they’re intentionally screwing you out of the game. Obviously something has gone wrong so let them fix it; they want you to be happy just as much as you want to play the game.

How come people don’t realize you don’t get what you want by being aggressive and rude right out of the gate?

@Hriki, I’m sorry to hear that the download link didn’t work properly. We had a few other users report similar issues but they had used a really old browser. I see you already tried a newer browser such as Google Chrome?

I think it would be best to contact orders@fastspring.com, they are the company who actually provide the download links and they should be able to help you. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the download experience.

By the way: I could not find any email from your email address to our support team.

If the issue is not resolved in a day, then please write to support@greenheartgames.com and we would, of course, offer you a full refund.

Thank you for the response. To the people who think I am being unreasonable, consider this. EAs DRM stopped people from playing the game they paid for, a ‘technical issue’ the world is ablaze with anger. I pay a indie company full price for a gem of a game, dint get because of ‘technical issues’, I get called a spammerer and aggressive. I work in business, these guys have a great product, but, a slightly flawed method. It irks me, sorry if you dont get it. I emailed fast spring orders, not your support sorry, that’s my mistake. All browsers up to date. I just want the game. I shall try further and email if I have no luck. I really do just want to play the game :frowning:

It’s understandable that you’re upset. You paid for a game and haven’t received it. Hopefully fastspring will answer quickly. They usually reply within a day or so.
