Does anyone have the Game Creator Mod Tycoon creator installed? I can not install it since I am not an account manager.
I doubt it, most mod creation tools are dead and outdated at this point.
dead yes, outdated no. We have not made any modding changes that would cause these tools to function any differently than they did when they were last updated.
AFAIK, the mod creator works just fine for ‘normal use cases’, like adding topics, researches and platforms.
