Given that your request is illegal in many parts of the world (including, but not limited to, the US, the EU, and the Commonwealth), I’d have to say no.
What we can do is tell you to check your email inbox for an email from Greenheart Games, as that will most likely contain your personalised download link. If you’ve deleted this email, you can sent a message to orders@fastspring.com with the email address and PayPal details of your original order and they can send you a new email link.
Alternatively, you can try contacting @Charlie via support@greenheartgames.com, but I suspect she’ll tell you the same thing.

Handy Tip #1: You can search using words and phrases such as ‘Game Dev Tycoon’ or ‘Greenheart Games’ instead of using the sender address. If your email client doesn’t let you do this, I suggest you get a better email client (like Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Opera Mail, Windows Mail, Lotus Notes, Mozilla Suite Mail, etc).
Handy Tip #2: You can normally sort your emails into folders, so that when you have an important email such as one that contains a licence key or a handy download link, you can easily find it when you need it. If your email client doesn’t let you do this, see Handy Tip #1.

I’d say the game is good enough to buy twice with a minimum of grumbling. Go snag the Steam version.

You can search your inbox for keywords like Fastspring, Greenheart Games, Game Dev Tycoon. If you have stored an email from us it will show up. I highly recommend using Gmail as an email provider as they have advanced search functions.
If you cannot find the email then contact orders@fastspring.com and let them know the email address associated with the account, the payment method used, and the name associated with the account.
