So, picked up Game Dev Tycoon a good while ago, back in 2013 I think. Have to admit, got massively addicted. Great game, thoroughly enjoyed it (if not a fairly wacky and unpredictable scoring system at times!).

Was pretty stoked. Didn’t realise it would be possible to get it that high. It kind of bothered me that I didn’t quite hit the score cap. I made quite a few attempts after, getting close to this score, but I could never quite reach this level again.
Having not played the game for about a year, I decided to pick it up and play it again over the weekend. Finished the game I was playing today and after so long and FINALLY was able to top the score cap. However…

Turns out when you top 99,999,999, it goes back to 10,000,000… Hahaaa… It’s 100,000,000… Honest…
Thought I’d share regardless. Put 100+ hours into this game now and have enjoyed it very much. Feel I can finally put it behind me by topping that score cap with a 101,000,000. Hope to see more Tycoon games from Greenheart Games in the future!
