How to create a new language for GDT? Filipino isn’t listed.
One of the admins from the site, @Charlie, @PatrickKlug or @DanielKlug has to enable Filippino. You’re gonna have to have 2 experienced translators before they will open up the Filipino Translation.

For a translation to start it needs at least 2 translation moderators with previous experience and enough of an interest from the language community to support activating the process.
