we will only ban stolen mods. While I think the user will have limited success with these mods there is nothing stopping him publishing these.

Instead of adding a ā€˜genuine modderā€™ key or whatever in an effort to stop bad mods, a better idea would be a promote an official mod spotlight collection, where GHG staff could spotlight a mod a week and the community would be able to clearly see which mods are the genuine ones, and which are the copies.
