I have 4 million fans and all of my staff members are at their max for training (around 900 every skill) and I’m not unlocking anything new yet I keep getting poor game reviews even when following the wiki guide because they aren’t new in technology?
I’m at the best I can be (I believe) and the only way I am making money now is if I make a new console.
Unless you’ve somehow managed to achieve this state before the end of the game (ie 30, 35, or 42 years depending on which you chose at the beginning), then your next step would be to start a new game and see if you can beat your high score.
Uh…well you could make publishing deals, or even contracts, those are bound to make you some money… 
My advice would be to start a new game ( like Evogamer said )
But try to ease up a bit on the training.
Seems to be that you overdid training for your staff.
@JayCheetah I kept getting poor reviews even with an updated engine and double design/technology points than my last game even when using the wiki so I decided to train everybody for a few hours straight.
