I think that employee salaries should be lowered a little bit.

Nope. I had no problem managing my employees’ salaries. If you’re low on funds, you need to fire people. Their wages aren’t exactly realistic, but they work within the game and that’s what matters.
Hey just moved this over to ideas category. I agree with the point that although the salaries aren’t what you would expect in the real world they are perfect for the scale of the game.
Completely agree with @Ultra_HR. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, fire people or get lower level people until you have enough money. Within the economy of the game, the pay scale makes sense, and if you’re feeling overwhelmed money-wise, you’ve probably hired too many people and can’t sustain it.
